Sandra Jain is a committed and compassionate counselling psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She has successfully conducted nearly 200 individual counseling sessions, working extensively with students and adolescents to enhance emotional well-being, behavioral betterment, psychological growth, and overall personal development.
Sandra has supported individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, body image issues, relationship challenges and bullying. She has worked with individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, she is deeply committed to creating an inclusive and adaptable environment that supports each person’s journey toward self-discovery and holistic well-being. She believes in personalizing the techniques to meet each individual’s needs, helping them feel understood, valued, and empowered.
Her therapeutic practice primarily integrates Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emphasizing self-awareness, emotional resilience and the development of healthy coping strategies. In addition to her counseling practice, she has facilitated numerous psychoeducation programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness, emotional wellness, stress management, and confidence building.
