Sharon Ephraims B.R is a Counselling Psychologist with an MSc in Psychology, dedicated to promoting mental health, emotional well–being, and personal growth. She is passionate about creating a safe, non–judgmental space where individuals can freely explore their thoughts and feelings.
Over the years, she has developed expertise in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self–esteem, motivation, relationship challenges, and academic issues. Her experience enables her to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, offering guidance and support tailored to each person’s unique needs and life experiences. Her work primarily focuses on adolescents and young adults, while she also provides therapy for adults navigating challenges.
She integrates a client–centred and eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing on mindfulness and evidence–based techniques to help clients develop self–awareness, modify unhelpful behaviours, and foster positive thinking. Believing that each individual’s journey is unique she is committed to supporting clients in discovering their strengths and achieving meaningful change.
