Ninsa Anna John is a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with a Master’s degree in Social Work (Medical and Psychiatric Social Work). She has completed her Advanced Diploma in Psychological Counselling and Clinical Techniques, which has strengthened her skills in psychotherapeutic interventions, psychological assessments, case formulation, and ethical counselling practice.

She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and other evidence based approach, and she has effectively conducted individual and group counselling sessions for clients experiencing stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, Family conflicts and persistent sadness. She has helped individuals heal their emotional wounds, supporting them in making decisions, finding solutions, and regaining confidence in their personal lives. In addition, she has conducted psychoeducation and mental health awareness sessions, guiding individuals and families toward emotional resilience and healthy coping mechanisms.

Through her diverse fieldwork and professional training experiences in hospitals, government institutions, and community settings, she has developed strong expertise in case work, group work, support group facilitation, psychosocial assessment, and counselling intervention. Her approach is client-Centered, empathetic, and evidence-based, focusing on promoting self-awareness, emotional healing, and holistic well-being.
