Debangana Mukherjee is a counselling psychologist with a strong background in Clinical Psychology and hands-on experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse therapeutic settings. She has been deeply involved in supporting neurodivergent children, survivors of domestic violence, and individuals seeking emotional and psychological clarity.
 
She began her professional journey at Insighte Childcare Center, where she assisted children with special needs through one-on-one developmental work, emotional support, and daily structured activities. She later served as a Counselling Psychologist at Zota Healthcare, providing crisis counselling, emotional support, and guidance to domestic violence survivors while leading community outreach and awareness programs.
 
Debangana most recently worked at NeuroRevolution International ADHD & Autism Treatment Center, where she conducted assessments, created individualized intervention plans, and offered play-based therapeutic support to neurodivergent children in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
 
Her clinical experience is strengthened by supervised internships at Prakria Hospital and the Institute of Neuroscience Kolkata, where she gained practical exposure to case histories, MSEs, behavioural observations, and therapeutic processes under licensed practitioners.
 
With training in CBT, Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Queer- and Neuro-Affirmative approaches, Debangana combines evidence-based methods with a warm, grounded, and client-focused style. She aims to help individuals develop emotional resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful personal growth within a safe and empathetic therapeutic space.
