Pooja Raveendran is a compassionate and reflective counsellor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Kristu Jayanti College, Bangalore. Over the years, she has supported numerous adolescents and young adults through her work at Santhula Trust Hospital, the Government Mental Health Centre in Trivandrum, Sakya Child Development Centre, and as a Jeevani Counsellor under the Government of Kerala.
She has guided students in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, and has conducted interactive sessions for higher secondary students and parents to promote emotional awareness and healthy coping.
Pooja follows an eclectic and client-centered therapeutic style, integrating CBT, DBT, mindfulness, grounding, and person-centered techniques. Her sessions are known for warmth, empathy, and collaboration, helping clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
Believing that therapy is a journey of reflection and self-understanding rather than just problem-solving, Pooja aims to help individuals connect with their inner strengths, develop self-awareness, and find balance and resilience in their everyday lives. She embodies qualities of empathy, emotional attunement, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity, staying grounded in ethical practice and continuous professional growth.
