Dr. Meera Ann Aji is a dedicated Homeopathic Doctor and Mental Health Professional with a Master’s degree in Psychology (Conversion) from the University of Dundee, Scotland, and a COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills from the University of the Highlands, Perth. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals heal and grow through an integrated mind-body approach that blends homeopathy, psychology, and counselling.
With extensive experience across clinical, community, and care settings, Meera has worked closely with individuals facing diverse physical and emotional challenges. During her role as a Senior Care Practitioner with the British Red Cross in Dundee, she supported people living with dementia, delirium, and emotional distress — experiences that strengthened her empathy, patience, and understanding of holistic healing.
Meera follows a person-centred and integrative approach, combining holistic homeopathic principles of individualisation with psychological and counselling methods to address the emotional, mental, and physical dimensions of well-being. Her focus is on empowering individuals to build resilience, achieve balance, and nurture lasting inner harmony. After gaining valuable experience in the UK, Meera has returned to India with a heartfelt mission to contribute meaningfully to the field of mental health.
