Sherbanu Khan is a compassionate and experienced mental health professional with a strong academic foundation in Psychology. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Social Work, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology.
She has worked with clients at both national and international levels, supporting individuals facing concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, PTSD, emotional dysregulation, trauma, relationship challenges, career stress, personality concerns, and suicidal thoughts.
Sherbanu follows a client-centered and evidence-based approach, integrating therapies such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness practices, art and play therapy, positive psychology, and projective tools like TAT. Her work focuses on emotional stability, self-awareness, and resilience building.
Known for her warmth, patience, and non-judgmental presence, Sherbanu provides a safe space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered. She is committed to guiding clients toward healing, growth, and lasting emotional well-being.
