Aishwarya Temgire is a dedicated mental health professional with over two years of experience, that includes 500+ hours working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.
Her approach is grounded in empathy and curiosity, enabling clients to seek support for a wide range of concerns including mental health difficulties, academic stress, social challenges, and personal transitions.
She follows an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Humanistic and Relational Therapy, Art and Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. This allows her to tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Over the course of her work, Aishwarya has designed and implemented Anti-Bullying and Peer Mentoring Programs to promote mental health awareness among students. She has provided career counseling, conducted screening assessments, facilitated group and individual counseling sessions, and organized parent workshops focused on strengthening parent–child dynamics. She also integrates body-based and somatic movement approaches, informed by her research, to support women living with autoimmune conditions.
