Manya Jain is a dedicated and compassionate counselling psychologist committed to supporting emotional well-being and personal growth. With a strong foundation in Clinical Psychology and an eclectic therapeutic approach drawing from CBT, REBT, SFBT and Person-Centered Therapy, she creates a warm, reflective, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and develop healthier patterns.
 
She has conducted over 400 counselling sessions across school settings, mental-health platforms, and coaching roles, addressing concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, overthinking, self-esteem, lifestyle difficulties, and relationship challenges.
 
Her practice emphasizes building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful, sustainable change. She combines evidence-based strategies with empathetic listening to help clients understand their thoughts and emotions, strengthen coping skills, and make empowered choices aligned with their growth.
