She is handling over 3000 clients from different age groups. As a Behaviour Therapist, she specializes in addressing emotional and behavioural issues with evidence-based interventions, helping individuals lead balanced and fulfilling lives. She is also a Certified Relationship Counsellor, offering guidance to couples and individuals to enhance their interpersonal relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. Additionally, as a Certified Mindfulness Coach, she empowers her clients to develop mindfulness practices that promote emotional resilience, stress management, and overall mental well-being.
In her role as a School Psychologist and life skill trainer, she works closely with children, adolescents, parents, and educators to support students’ emotional, social, and academic growth. Her passion extends to Career Counselling, where she guides adolescents and young adults in making informed decisions about their academic and professional journeys. Along with this, she is a certified POSH and POCSO trainer, so she is conducting workshops and awareness programmes.
